ProphyPost writes and publishes SEO blog posts straight into your WordPress site on a schedule you choose. The part nobody else does is the overlap engine: no two practices in the same metro area ever get the same topic in the same calendar month, so you are never publishing a duplicate of your nearest competitor.

Makes any USB camera work with the imaging software you already use.

Practice management and imaging software talks to cameras through TWAIN, which is why an ordinary USB camera or capture card usually will not appear as a capture source. ProphyCapture installs as a TWAIN device so it does, along with a small workstation app for choosing the camera, setting a capture hotkey and running diagnostics.

Why this matters
An IT provider that also ships software is unusual.
Most managed providers resell other companies' products. That is a perfectly reasonable business, and it means nobody in the building has ever had to make practice management software, TWAIN drivers or a publishing pipeline actually work under real conditions.
We have. Both products above exist because a practice needed something that did not exist yet. That is the same instinct we bring to an environment we are asked to protect: work out what is really happening, then fix it properly rather than escalating it to a vendor and waiting.
