Programme description

Minnovate Networks LLC sends service-related text messages to customers and prospective customers who have asked for them. Messages relate to a request you submitted, an appointment, or the status of work we are doing for you.

This is not a marketing programme. We do not send promotions, offers or newsletters by SMS.

How you opt in

By entering your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent box on ourcontact form. The box is not ticked by default, and it is optional: the form submits without it and we will reply by email or phone instead.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, because messages are sent in response to your enquiry or to work in progress rather than on a schedule.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your plan with your mobile carrier. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.

How to stop

Reply STOP or CANCEL to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. You can also ask us to remove your number by emailingadmin@minnovatenetworks.com or calling(763) 888-8712.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, so please do not rely on SMS for anything urgent. If something is down, call us.

Privacy

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information generally.
