The problem

Most practices do not have an IT problem. They have an IT attention problem.

The server is fine until it is not. The backup has been running for two years and nobody has ever restored from it. The person who set up the network left in 2019 and did not write anything down. None of it is urgent, right up until the moment it is the only thing that matters.

  • Small healthcare is targeted deliberately.

    Ransomware crews pick targets where the data is critical and the defences usually are not. A practice that cannot open its schedule is a practice that pays quickly, and the people running those campaigns know it.

  • Almost every breach starts in a mailbox or an identity.

    Not through the firewall. Someone clicks a convincing invoice, or reuses a password that leaked somewhere else, and the attacker signs in as staff. Antivirus does not see a valid login.

We work with Dentrix, Eaglesoft and Open Dental environments, and we coordinate directly with your software and imaging vendors instead of leaving you to relay messages between them.
